Tolulola Kazeem Shittu is a Nigerian entrepreneur and energy executive, and the Founder and Group Managing Director of Paradigm Creations Limited (PCL Group), an indigenous group with growing interests in natural gas, power, infrastructure and sustainable energy development.
Since founding Paradigm Creations Limited in 2011, Tolulola has led the Group's growth and participation in energy and infrastructure projects across Nigeria, including projects associated with major industry operators such as Chevron, ExxonMobil and Nigeria LNG (NLNG). PCL has participated in the delivery of more than 10 MW of power solutions across Nigeria, while Tolulola is currently leading a growing pipeline of energy projects with the potential to deliver over 200 MW of additional power capacity.
His entrepreneurial journey has also included participation in exploration and mining activities, broadening his experience in natural-resource development and the relationship between energy, infrastructure and productive industry.
Recognising the significant economic opportunity presented by Nigeria's abundant but underutilised natural gas resources, Tolulola established PCL-Gas to develop commercially sustainable pathways for the utilisation of stranded, associated and flared gas. Under his leadership, PCL-Gas is developing solutions spanning modular CNG infrastructure, virtual pipelines, industrial gas supply, distributed gas-to-power, clean mobility and integrated gas-commercialisation projects.
Through PCL-Energies Senegal, the Group is establishing a platform for participation in Senegal's developing energy sector as part of a broader strategy to expand PCL's energy and infrastructure activities across West Africa. His focus is on connecting African gas resources with productive demand and mobilising investment into distributed energy infrastructure.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babcock University, Nigeria, and an MBA in Oil & Gas Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. His long-term vision is to build PCL into a leading African energy and infrastructure group that transforms the continent's natural resources into productive infrastructure, economic opportunity and sustainable development.
