With over 25 years of experience in strategy, business development and project management, Trevor Keeney helps organisations in the energy and infrastructure sectors secure market share and optimise execution. His background combines winning business with delivering projects, including managing the full lifecycle of complex EPC initiatives from opportunity identification to project handover.
He currently directs strategy and global partner alliances as Executive Director for ITGest Nigeria and Nexus Alliance. He has successfully negotiated and secured landmark contracts with SPDC, NLNG, Siemens and AGPC valued at more than $250 million.
As Project Control Manager for a brownfield LNG project, he drove a 20% increase in physical progress and a 102% increase in invoicing within six months. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive project-management experience in the United States with Clarkston Consulting, managing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in the consumer products and life sciences sectors before transitioning to the Nigerian energy sector.
Trevor holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Finance, with a focus on strategy, execution and valuation. This combination gives him the analytical rigour to manage complex profit-and-loss responsibilities and the technical insight to lead commercial and technical teams.
